The Glastonbury Cottages & Caravanning Estate Experience in the heart of the west country.

Welcome to our family-run estate, perfectly situated at the foot of the iconic Glastonbury Tor. Whether you are pitching up on our hardstanding caravan site or relaxing in one of our traditional stone-built cottages, we pride ourselves on providing a unified, hands-on hospitality experience for all our guests.
Because we live and work on the estate, we are dedicated to making your stay exceptional. We don't just hand over the keys; our family is here daily to ensure our grounds, facilities, and accommodations are maintained to the highest standard.
Guest Services & Shared Estate Amenities:
On-Site Guest Assistance: Our family team is on hand daily to welcome you, provide local tourist recommendations, and assist with any needs during your stay. We always make the effort to come and say hello and if you have just arrived and have not yet seen us you are welcome to come knock on our house/reception as we live on site
Premium Cottage Hospitality: Guests arriving at our cottages are greeted with a complimentary Welcome Hamper containing a few things to get you started. For longer stays, we provide fresh linens and towels weekly, to ensure maximum comfort.
Shared Estate Grounds: All guests are welcome to enjoy the integrated facilities across the estate, including our maintained communal grounds,  and direct walking access to the Tor (We will share the route, but ask us if you want to go before we have had a chance to say hello).
Daily Site Maintenance: From keeping the campsite washrooms spotless to tending the cottage gardens, we actively manage every inch of the estate daily so you can simply relax and enjoy the magic of Glastonbury.
We have been welcoming guests to our accommodation in Somerset since 2003.

Gertie's House

A gallery bedroom and king size bed with a sumptuous memory foam mattress, that has the original medieval roof trusses exposed in the vaulted ceiling. The view from the window in the bedroom will give you a lovely view of the stars on a clear night.

An ideal getaway for couples after that special break.

The Wheelrights Workshop

A former workshop, offering a King Size bed in a gallery bedroom that looks out onto the original medieval roof, and provides a view of the famous Glastonbury Tor.

The Old Stables

A single story unit, providing self catering accommodation on one level for up to 4 adults. Featuring a king size bed in a semi private sleeping area, as well as a further double size bed settee in the lounge area together with a Smart TV with freeview.

Stick House Cottage

Currently the largest of our available Cottages, The Stickhouse Cottage has been formed in the centre section of a rebuilt medieval barn retaining the charm of a vaulted ceiling with the original Roof Trusses exposed as a feature.
